Hotlisting & Recommending Caches. [closed]

How do I do it? I've seen other peoples recommended caches, but haven't worked out how to do it myself. There's a couple of caches we've done that I'd like to recommend other cachers do :) <br>

on the cache page there's links on the right hand side to recommend, watch and plan caches
