There is currently a known issue sending emails and alerts to the following ISPs:
* Bigpond
This is due to a reverse DNS configuration issue that we are working towards fixing.
If you absolutely, desperately need to get alerts over the weekend you can set up something like a gmail address and change your alerts to go to that for the time being. You can set the alternate email in the box to the right of the cache type at http://geocaching.com.au/my/alert/

Re: EMAIL ISSUES
Cheers Craigrat...I'd been scratching my head as to why I hsd stopped getting the Tas cache updates.
Resorted to deleteing my email account and resetting...should have looked here first.
Many thanks for the post...at least I know it's not my end...cheers ST.

Re: EMAIL ISSUES
We have made a change and my account at BigPond seems to be receiving email notifications.
As the backlog is cleared you may receive the same message more than once. Please be patient until the log is cleared and then all should be back to normal.
