UX tweaking

I wanted to make a couple of suggestions with regards to the menu options in the Cacher page and tidy up some of the options between my profile and my account. Is change in this area open for discussion? My first suggestion would be to unbury the draft/unpublished caches list. I will put forward a more complete response if changes are an option. Anyone else have ideas/requests with regards to UX?
