Listing New caches

As a member of GC Australia, can I create caches (on geocaching.com.au)? And if so, could someone give me any links related to that (eg, listing guidelines, page to submit cache).

I've checked the guidelines (http://wiki.geocaching.com.au/wiki/Guidelines), but can't work out if they are GC Australia's or geocaching.com's, or both share the same. It looks like the normal geocaching.com guidelines, so are the GCA guidelines just more laxed

That guideline link only shows the GC Guidelines (as mentioned at the top of the guideline wiki page: 'This page contains information specific to Geocaching.com'

GCA has NO mandatory guidelines other than the hide MUST be legal. The site does not 'approve' caches in any manner.

Simple as that!
