I did a dozen or so caches in Canada and USA in Sept-Oct. One cache in USA has come through but no others. Was wondering why the single cache came through without the others.

We don't usually recieve logs from non AU/NZ caches, someone must have updated that particular cache manually.

You will need to do a 'My Finds' import to bring in your logs on those other caches.

My logs for GC1ZN0W & GC1Z6CP are now 7th and 6th down the list respectively so they're no longer on the main page and these are the only logs (there were 5 until tonight) still missing from last week.
I wouldn't normally have to ask for help because I used to do it myself but, please [-o<

I'm still contemplating on whether I'll bother to give GS any money or even redo GSAK (my copy is on a dead laptop) so atm I can not generate my own GPX files.

Done. I'm too easily distracted. I just downloaded the GPX file for each cache and then imported them to GCA using the import command, after checking that they had the logs going back far enough. They did.

Is this where the data for "Top Finders" also comes from? I just had a look and today I have completed 6 caches. This would put me equal second on the list for this month (one day), a position that is not likely to ever occur again in any month. Yet I do not appear in the list. Do I need to manually import these 6 caches for me to appear on this list? Is this what everyone else on the list has done to be there as we are still on the first day?

The feed takes a few days to come through.
As a premium member at GC you can expedite them into the system.

So those on the list today have manually updated it?

OK, I imported my logs and it confirmed success. Showed the 7 caches I found today which makes me equal first with caughtatwork who cheated today so therefore I claim, for probably the only time ever, the number one finder on Geocaching Australia's "Top Finders" list.
Yet, it still dose not show me????

(OK Cheated is probably a bit harsh but 4 Smileys in one cache!!!!!)

Well, it has now updated but is only showing 6 caches, not the seven I found??
It looks like there might be a lag. I will check in the morning.

Not necessarily. GCA caches are updated in real time (well, each hour) as we have the logs here. The GC cache logs get fed every couple of days depending on your state. I found 7 GCA caches today so of course, they are here and I get to be on the leader board (for once).

You only found 6 with todays date.
This one http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_de ... c8aa9a00eb was logged with 30 November 2009.
If you fix it and import it I'll delete the "wrong one".

I fixed the cache that had the wrong date and updated the gpx file then downloaded again to GCA. That makes us even on 7 caches each but it is not ALL about the number Bshwckr should appear over Caughtatwork alphabetically. If it dose not, I have a cache about 20 minutes drive away that I have not found.
