My Query: which results are GCA caches only?

When running a query, GCA gives me the following options as results:
Count | Screen | GPX | ZIP | KML | GMAP | Raid | RSS | GPS

Which of these only include the GCA caches, and which also include the geocaching.com caches?

I love the Query feature by the way, the amount of options possible is fantastic!

There is a tick box down the bottom of the query page.
Include GC Caches
Ticked will show them everywhere except a GPX / ZIP / GPS

Thanks! What do all the different options mean? I can figure out three, but not the rest:

Count: total caches found
GPX: caches in GPS Exchange Format
GMAP: caches show on Google Maps
