Re: Mystery of the Crystal Caverns - lost digs
Thanks for clearing that up. I can see I need to do more regular digging in future.

Mystery of the Crystal Caverns - lost digs
The 2nd Crystal Cavern showed I had all the required shards and research materials for the game to move on to the next cavern though nothing happened. Going out of it and back in made it move to the 3rd Cavern but in the process I lost the remaining (something like 23) available digs. Just need some...

Re: Cacheopoly
A fun unpredictable game, thanks to the organisers. Well played 2y'stassies! The bonus points got in the way of my plotting into your spot in the end. Looking forward to receiving the virtual icon.

Thanks to the organisers and all who contributed to make the MMMM such a success. Well done GCA! Fantastic quality puzzles... now I'm looking forward to finding more of the caches. Thanks in advance for the PT.

Re: More Verses for ICEM?
Thanks everyone for the positive feedback. Here are verses 9 and 10 in the ICEM series. Found ‘em in.. Merriwa, Bungendore, Mangalore, Gravesend Toolong, Howlong, Binalong, Tailem Bend Willunga, Wahgunyah, Kapunda, Dromedary Waterloo, Humpty Doo, Pinnaroo, Port Fairy Numinbah, Waratah, North Star, A...

Re: More Verses for ICEM?
If a verse writer could get the little town 'Timor' in there that would be cool.... long story, but a couple of years ago we sort of misunderstood the concept of ICEM when we hid one..... it didn't dawn until I went to publish when we got home! I could... but it's not quite as verse-y as the ones I...

More Verses for ICEM?
Putting it out there to see what others feel about adding more verses to the ICEM series. Clearly the guy 'humpin' his bluey on the dusty Oodnadatta road' hasn't been everywhere when there's still plenty of places not mentioned in GCA's 8 verses. Two new Australia-wide verses are ready to go dependi...

Re: Have you ICEM?
Even with 8 verses in the ICEM series there's still plenty of places to cache in Aus that don't get a mention. I have 2 more verses if the series wants to be extended..

Re: Looking for people to help create an Australia wide series
The Australia wide series sounds like a great idea. I'd be happy to help with NSW Northern Tablelands or any places we happen to be travelling in (which is how I place caches for the ICEM series).

Re: How many is too many?
I have always enjoyed Locationless caches but during covid lockdown they were in a class of their own.. the puzzles, history, games, etc were a lot of fun and a great way of keeping contact with the geocaching community. My only problem with Locationless (and always has been) is getting a Find for t...
