Re: Report Site Issues Here
We have done nothing, good to hear it's working. Seems to have come good since C@W did his log in as this was the first time I've tried since then. It was a weird problem as it wasn't ignoring the password. With a correct password, it would return to the main page but I wouldn't be logged in, howev...

Re: Report Site Issues Here
It is definitely something at your end. I replaced your encrypted password with mine, directly in the database (so I have no idea what your password it). I can log in as nutwood into the forum. I can log in as nutwood on the main site. As CR suggests, this looks like a cookie issue and that's somet...

Re: Report Site Issues Here
As a data point, tried again this evening to log in. Logged out of the forum, logged in again. No problem. Still can't access GA site. Nothing changed.

Re: Report Site Issues Here
Wondering if anyone can give some advice as to how to deal with log in problems on the GCA site? I have not been able to log in for at least the last six months. It simply ignores log in attempts. If I put in an incorrect password, it tells me it's incorrect but for a correct password, it takes me ...

Unable to log into site
Has something changed in the log in procedure? I'm unable to log into the site to put a note on one of my own caches. I have to enter user name and password every time I visit, even though I consistently tick remember. Now I can't access at all. If I put an incorrect password in, I get a message tel...

No go caching areas
I was wondering what the best way is to figure what areas one may place a cache in and what obstacles need to be overcome to hide in those that are borderline. I was planning a Kangeroo Island cache a few months ago but it came up as a no-go. By the time I figured the situation, it was too late. I'v...

Re: Report dragonZone issues / problems here
Hmmm, to me it simply means that the description of the trophies should be altered from "distance travelled caching" to "random distance award", but it's only a game so I'll get back to caching and stop fussing over the logic. Many thanks for attempting to explain the unexplainable!

Re: Report dragonZone issues / problems here
Moving caches will skew the distance trophy. As caches that you have previously found continue to move, so too will the distance you've travelled increase. I'm sorry, still confused! I understand the different trophies but I'm curious as to how the caching distance is calculated. I would have thoug...

This is a known quirk, and actually adds a bit of fun to the dragonZone trophy aspect. The good thing about this is that everyone is in the sam...

Re: Report dragonZone issues / problems here
Not so much an issue as a question that I'm not sure where to pose. How does the distance thing work? I notice there are trophies for distance traveled geocaching. I even have an Abel Tasman for circumnavigating the world twice but I'm not sure how I earned it. Is it the sum of the distances between...

Re: GCA only map?
Ah-ha, thanks for that. I'd prefer to be able to de-select the GC caches but as a workaround, that'll solve my problem.

Re: GCA only map?
OK, this is probably a silly question, but where did you originally access that map from?
