Re: Swaggie Help 2017
Thankyou. This cache has been unfound for 18months, so that, added to the fact I have only been caching for 10months (less for GCA) and I had no idea they were gone. The GCA Help section has a section on them but it does not mention they are finito. Maybe that's a fix for the website Thanks for the ...

Swaggie Help 2017
I just found a Swaggie in the field yesterday but can't see any of the places to Pick up, Drop or Log it. I tried http://geocaching.com.au/swaggie/sw0640 and a few other links but can't find anything. I have also looked under My Cacher Space / My Account and can't see any Swaggie stuff either. Pleas...

DIY PVC Cryptex (in Metric)
Gday fellow geocachers, I hope this post finds you well and this is just a quick post to show you all what I have been working on lately. Basically, I have build a Cryptex out of PVC and DWV pipe I scavenged from here in Australia (Wollongong actually) and made a video & workbook you can follow to b...

Re: Your First Cache
I had spent the weekend in Melbourne with a friend who had managed to somehow addict me to geocaching without even showing me a real geocache. Plenty of YouTube and websites later, then a look at an app on his phone and I was in. I think the story of the cache he owned which had somehow had en elect...

Re: Newbie thread: Which GPS brand to buy - Garmin or Magellan?
I normally use my iPhone 6 Plus for my adventures but I have just been given the choice between two older GPS devices that I can have from work (for free). I have primarily been caching in urban areas (Sydney / Wollongong / Canberra) where I can use my smart-phone (with their power issues) without t...
