Places with great cache density

I just came back from Japan on holiday, and I noticed that in Osaka, in parts there were caches almost every 161m, and there were power trails of phenomenal distance and number of caches (just check it out on the map). In what other places is there great cache density??

This could interesting (not for me but C@W and Craigrat) and the NSW government has just announced forced mergers of council areas, in the Sydney area we are going to from I think 43 to 25 councils, with other amalgamations occurring in country regions. I've checked the guidelines (http://wiki.geocaching.com.au/wiki/Guidelines), but can't work out if they are GC Australia's or geocaching.com's, or both share the same. It looks like the normal geocaching.com guidelines, so are the GCA guidelines just more laxed :?: ( as shown here: http://wiki.geoca...

Listing New caches

As a member of GC Australia, can I create caches (on geocaching.com.au)? And if so, could someone give me any links related to that (eg, listing guidelines, page to submit cache). :-k :D
